Healthspace Announces Contract with the City Of Milwaukee

VANCOUVER, BC – June 23, 2016 – HealthSpace Data Systems Ltd. (the “Company” or “HealthSpace”) is pleased to announce the signing of an Agreement and Purchase Order (collectively the “Contract) from the City of Milwaukee (the “City”) for the deployment of the Healthspace enterprise software application and service for the surveillance and regulatory enforcement of the City’s environmental health and consumer protection programs. The Contract is valid for two years for a total contract value of USD $55,140. The Contract may extend up to five years at the option of the City.

“We are very pleased to have been selected by the City Of Milwaukee,” said Warwick Smith, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Company also announces that the it has completed a shares-for-debt settlement – as previously mentioned in a news release disseminated on March 23, 2016 – in the aggregate amount of $15,000 owed to one creditor for the provision of consulting services, by the issuance of 100,000 common shares (the “Shares”) of the capital of the Company at a deemed issue price of $0.15 per Share. The Shares will be subject to four month and one day hold period.
